I'm entering the wedding cake contest that the local fair is having next week. I could choose between the theme "Let Freedom Ring", or a wedding cake..I chose the wedding cake because I'm going through a "pretty cake" phase right now haha I love cake that looks like..well..cake! Some would call it an obsession lol

This was my Daughter's 7th Birthday cake..she LOVES Scooby Doo!
I've had lots of new cakes these past few weeks! The biggest one being my Husbands, Great Grandmothers 100th Birthday cake! I made an Ivory 3 tier white almond cake with fondant lace and fondant roses. I also made a carrot cake sheet cake to serve along with it.
A Peacock cake . The peacock is made out of RKT and covered in modeling chocolate (my first attempt at that)
